Nigel Brown - founder of nb; has over 30 years experience in sales and marketing. He has developed and driven sales training, coaching and mentoring programmes for AXA, Canon, the Financial Services, IT and Technology industries ensuring winning formulae's for business success. He runs a Risk Management business with Alistair Maag – Risk Products - specialising in personal protection.
   
Alistair Maag - has helped start up many new companies in the UK, USA and Asia largely in the competitive paper industry. His greatest achievement to date is the development of Global Paper Trade a highly successful on-line pre-owned paper mill equipment commercial web distribution company and advises on setting up new businesses. He also runs a Risk Management business with Nigel Brown – Risk Products - specialising in personal protection.
   
Anne Fox –is an anthropologist who has specialised in the study of drinking cultures for the past 12 years. She is the director of Galahad SMS Ltd and has been a consultant on substance misuse to the British Army, the Home Office, the Youth Justice Board and other clients. In her PhD thesis, she proposed a radical new theory for the origin of drinking behaviour among humans. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and at Galahad's many educational courses.
   
Greg Lowe – works with blue chip and public sector organisations where his previous skills and knowledge make positive contributions. He has held senior management positions in Sainsbury’s, House of Fraser, The Corporate Services Group and Vision Express. He is co-chairman of the Corporate Association for Professional Development (CAPD) and has lectured at Oxford University and Cranfield School of Management on leading edge management development and is on the board of directors for NVQ’s.  He is a qualified Time Line Therapist, Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner.  Greg is one of the most respected coaches in the UK.
   
David Thompson – David has worked in the field of people & organisational development for over two decades. He has gathered his experience in a number of organisations and sectors, spanning from retail to digital media to financial services.  He has held positions with organisations such as Sainsbury’s, Canon, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO and as Senior Vice President for People & Organisational Development, RBS Americas. David has published two books, Career Helium, and Trust Unwrapped. His third book, The Magic BlackBerry, is being published in April 2010
   
Chris Muscio - is an MBA who has seen the potential of tailored performance improvement programme’s after introducing elements of Lean sigma to Ericsson Services limited and saving circa £1m off the bottom line in the first year. After working for several blue chip companies in the Telecoms industry, Chris formed his own small consulting company providing improvement training services to local government and the finance sector. Chris is an innovative thinker and has been a key driver of innovation programme’s as well as mentoring several waves of six sigma 'green-belts' to successful project completion.
