Nigel Brown - Has considerable experience in sales and sales development. I have developed and driven sales training, coaching and mentoring programmes for AXA, Canon, the Financial Services Industry, IT and Electronics industries and the third sector, ensuring winning formulae's for success.

I am a well qualified in Learning and Development, I provide a comprehensive range of learning & development solutions and apply my knowledge to make the right intervention fit for purpose for each company I consult and work with.

I have direct sales and sales performance experience and have been responsible for the delivery of sales targets and quota, so I know what it is like in the field. I always over achieved. I have honed this knowledge to deliver training and development strategies for field sales staff, relationship managers and sales management.

I have created and delivered training, coaching and consulting skills to senior management teams outside of the sales arena. I have worked in a European HQ delivering high performing teams, talent management, organisational design and learning and development strategies. This makes me quite unique.

I am a natural motivator, an excellent influencer for stakeholders and frontline staff. I have high level communication skills and use coaching and facilitation to address key issues and find solutions. My experience in coaching, training and facilitation is proven and exemplary.
